We are fast approaching the beginning of our competitive season! Lots of events and curveballs coming at you this week, so please read over all of the following information carefully. Here is your weekend update!

NEW INFORMATION AND UPDATES
DRUG TEST FORMS - Thank you to everyone that has turned in your Drug Test form. If you have not signed and turned in this form, please do so ASAP! You may access the form by clicking HERE.
REGION 8 JAZZ AUDITIONS - The Region 8 Jazz Auditions will be held this Wednesday, September 21st at Temple HS. Please be prepared to provide your own transportation to Temple HS after the school day ends. We will provide more information on the details of the event once we are able.
SEPTEMBER 22 REHEARSAL - In order to make up for the missed rehearsal time we will experience this week due to the cancelled rehearsal and the Burning of the "B", we will have a brief rehearsal during 8th period from 4:00pm-4:25pm before the Burning of the "B" event. Students will be excused from 8th period for this rehearsal. I will provide New Tech students with more information once I am able.
BURNING OF THE "B" - The Burning of the "B" event will be held on Thursday, September 22. There will be food trucks and other events occurring on our practice field that students may attend between our rehearsal and our performance. The band hall will be open between the end of school and the event, so students may choose to go home or stay at the band hall.
Attire - M100 Jersey, any shorts/pants or shoes (change from last weekend update)
6:45pm - Arrive at Practice Field with flip folder and all music
7:00pm - Burning of the "B" performance begins
7:30pm - Performance ends

We will be wearing our traditional uniform for this game.
This will be the BHS Homecoming FB game, meaning we will perform at the end of the game instead of during halftime.
