Here are the groups for the rehearsals starting August 5th until August 21st. We have only scheduled dates up to this point to allow for change in the future. If we end up enjoying this schedule we may keep it for the weeks after before school starts. There are two groups, Group A and Group B. Please check to see what group you or your student is in and this will let you know what schedule to attend. This schedule is posted on the calendar at our website just click on the calendar tab, please check for further assistance. Monday through Thursday all rehearsals will be held from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. On Friday, the schedule changes slightly for group B. This group will meet from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. This rehearsal was added so that each group has the same amount of rehearsal time each week.
Group A- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Monday (starting 8/10), Wednesday, and Friday(12 hours)

For items to bring to rehearsal refer back to the flyer that was sent out in July. Please bring your color guard equipment as well. Another thing to bring to rehearsal unless you have already submitted this information is your Physical Form. You may print this out and submit to Mr. Hudnall or you may scan and email this directly to Mrs. Gill at Shannon.email@example.com.
Everything Day: This Saturday, August 1st all day. You will need to log into your charms account to access the invoice that was sent out to all of you on July 27th. There you will be able to pay for your invoice completely or pay a small amount of your balance. At this time there is no minimum set. This service will be through PayPal, so if you do not have an account through this source you may create an account or if you would rather pay through a check you may do so as well. We ask that if you pay through a check that you date the check for August 1st. We will be available for the day of August 1st to answer any of your concerns. Currently we have taken off the food fee and the technology fee until further notice. More information to come of this in the near future.
Mrs. Gill sent out an email earlier today about accessing your charms account and making sure that all of the email account that are on your personal file are accurate. If you have not done so yet you will need to access this account before Saturday to ensure that there is no issue on the day of Everything Day. Visit charmsoffice.com, click on parent/student/member tab, insert school code: BeltonBand, and then in the Student Area Password type in your Student ID, unless you have already set up your account. There are about five students that have not sent me their student ID so some of you will not have access to this account until I can update your account. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Hudnall or Mrs. Gill and we will be happy to assist with any of your issues.
