We are now entering our audition season for next school year! This upcoming week will be section leader and drum major auditions, and the following week will be our playing auditions. The directors are looking forward to seeing the efforts of all of our students’ hard work over the next few weeks! Here is your weekend update!

NEW INFORMATION AND UPDATES
WIND ENSEMBLE START TIME
Wind Ensemble will now begin at 8:30am. However, on Thursday, April 25, we will begin at 8:15am for the drum major auditions.
4/23 PEP RALLY DURING TIGER TIME (FULL BAND)
There will be a FULL BAND pep rally during Tiger Time on Tuesday, April 23. Please report to the band hall at the start of Tiger Time in your M100 JERSEY!
LEADERSHIP AUDITIONS
Leadership auditions will take place this week during class. We will begin with the marching auditions, then the teaching auditions will begin once the marching auditions are completed in each class.
Drum Major auditions will take place on Thursday, April 25 during the Wind Ensemble class period. Drum major candidates that are not in Wind Ensemble will be excused from 1st period on Thursday.

BAND PLACEMENT AUDITIONS
Placement auditions will take place on the week of Monday, April 29 through Friday, May 3rd during the band class periods.
WIND SYMPHONY/SYMPHONIC BAND WOODWINDS: There will be a jazz performance occurring on Tuesday, April 30, so Mr. Kreger may not get a chance to listen to your audition during your class period. If you do not complete your audition during class, please be prepared to perform your audition after school on Tuesday, April 30 between 4:45pm and 6:30pm.
5/6 BAND BOOSTER MEETING
The next Belton Band Booster Meeting will be held on Monday, May 6 at 6:30pm in the band hall.
PREVIOUS INFORMATION AND UPDATES
2024 M100 BANQUET SIGN-UP IS NOW LIVE
The 2024 Band Banquet will be held on Friday, May 17 at the Expo Center at 6:30pm. Please click on the following link to purchase your tickets and reserve your seats! Please reserve your tickets by Wednesday, May 1.
The banquet will have an “80s” Theme in the spirit of our marching show this year, so attire will be semi-formal, or you can go full out 80s! (As long as it is school appropriate 🙂)
