2024 M100 LEADERSHIP TEAM
Congratulations to the students who were named student leaders for the M100 next year! You can find the results posted below.
I would like to have a brief meeting with all selected student leaders after school tomorrow on Monday, April 29 at 4:40pm. This meeting should only last about 10 minutes. Please let Mr. Kwaku know ASAP if you are unable to meet after school tomorrow.
WIND ENSEMBLE START TIME
Wind Ensemble will begin at 8:30am. Seniors may report at 8:50am on Monday, April 29 as we will be listening to next year’s auditions at the start of class.
T-SHIRT SIZE SURVEY FOR RETURNING M100 MEMBERS
If you are returning to the M100 next year (including color guard), please complete the following shirt size survey ASAP!
4/29 PEP RALLY DURING TIGER TIME (FULL BAND)
There will be a FULL BAND pep rally during Tiger Time on Monday, April 29. Please report to the band hall at the start of Tiger Time in your M100 JERSEY!
BAND PLACEMENT AUDITIONS
Placement auditions will take place on the week of Monday, April 29 through Friday, May 3rd during the band class periods.
Wind Ensemble students will begin auditioning on Monday, April 29. Auditions will begin at 8:30am.
Wind Symphony and Symphonic Band students will begin auditioning on Tuesday, April 30.
WS and SB flutes/clarinets/saxophones, in the previous weekend update we discussed auditioning after school on Tuesday, but Mr. Kwaku and Mr. Vaadi will listen to your auditions once they are done with their other sections. Anyone that is not listened to will audition on Thursday, May 2.
Please click on the link below to access the order in which we will be listening to placement auditions in each band class. Current juniors will audition first, then sophomores, then freshmen.
5/2 BHS CLUSTER JAZZ SPRING CONCERT
The BHS Cluster Jazz Spring Concert will be on Thursday, May 2 in the Belton HS PAC at 6:30pm and will consist of performances from the South Belton MS, Belton MS and Belton HS jazz groups!
2024 M100 BANQUET SIGN-UP IS NOW LIVE
The 2024 Band Banquet will be held on Friday, May 17 at the Expo Center at 6:30pm. Please click on the following link to purchase your tickets and reserve your seats! Please reserve your tickets by Wednesday, May 1.
The banquet will have an “80s” Theme in the spirit of our marching show this year, so attire will be semi-formal, or you can go full out 80s! (As long as it is school appropriate 🙂)

5/6 BELTON BAND BOOSTER MEETING
The next Belton Band Booster meeting will be held at 6:30pm in the band hall.
5/7 BHS BAND SPRING CONCERT
The BHS Band Spring Concert will be on Tuesday, May 7 at 6:30pm in the Belton HS PAC. Invite your friends and family to our final concert of the year!
5/8-5/10 M100 FUNDAMENTALS CAMP
The 2024 M100 Fundamentals camp will be held on Wednesday, May 8, Thursday, May 9 and Friday, May 10 from 5:00pm-7:30pm. This event is required for all returning M100 students and incoming freshmen. We will go over our marching fundamentals in addition to beginning our work on the music for our 2024 production, “Uncharted”!
