Dear M100 Families, Happy Friday! A great week at BHS! It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas….and sound like it! We have been preparing music for our holiday concert so you should be hearing this type of music as well as region music preparations for those auditioning in your homes! Our Winter Guards have been working hard as well with Winter Guard show preparations well underway! Our Varsity Guard got a new vinyl floor in and it is awesome! (see picture attached). All guard shows are being choreographed, costumed planned, show prep taking place! Very exciting – looking forward to their performances in the Spring!
Congratulations to our own Hunter Goonan who earned a Silver Medal in Bowling this week at the district’s Special Olympics event! Awesome job Hunter!

Save The Date: 3rd Annual Bandsgiving!
On Sunday, November 17th, we will be hosting our third annual band family Thanksgiving potluck in the Commons at BHS from 1-3pm. Family members are invited. Each section will be assigned certain items to bring to the event.

The Boosters will be providing the turkeys. If you would like to donate money or a turkey, please contact us at boostercalendar@gmail.com and let us know.
After the meal, we will go to Grand Avenue Theater to watch a movie (more details to come). Due to limited seating in the theater, it is for M100 members only. For admission to the movie, we ask that each student bring 2 canned goods for a donation to our local food pantry. We will be in the parking lot of Grand Avenue with the Booster Trailer to begin taking donations at 4:30pm. Concession Update!!
UNIFORM FITTINGS: Will do more during Bandsgiving so please bring your concert shoes for fittings!
This is for students who needed alterations after the last fitting or were absent on Nov. 5th(the last fitting).

PANORAMIC PICTURES: Parents – if your child received the wrong picture from the company, and you have emailed me, I forwarded the info. to the company and they will be sending the correct picture to me to give to you. Please email me if you received the WRONG PICTURE. If you want to order a picture – please go to the Goldbeck website – goldbeckcompany.com to order.
SENIOR TRIP – Seniors – please watch your email as new information will be shared as soon as it is received. I will submit the proper paperwork to get April 30 – May 3 approved as soon as I can so we are not traveling during the Senior Prom!
Boosters will also be meeting next week to solidify fundraising opportunities to help students raise money for their trip.
