Dear M100 Family,
I hope everyone has had a restful, enjoyable Thanksgiving break! I found myself reflecting on how thankful I am to be the director of bands for this organization, as well as how committed the staff, parents and students are to creating the best experience possible for everyone! I look forward to finishing out the Fall semester strong and I look forward to seeing everyone this week! Here is your weekend update!

NEW INFORMATION AND UPDATES
M100 SPRING TRIP SURVEY/DEPOSIT - Please fill out the following survey indicating whether or not you will be attending the spring trip to Dallas from May 20-22. ALL STUDENTS will need to fill this form out. ONLY PARENTS/GUARDIANS PLANNING ON ATTENDING THE TRIP need to fill out this form.
We are still missing a handful of submissions from students! Please fill this survey out ASAP if you have not already!
11/30 M100 SPIRIT NIGHT AT FREDDY'S - Support the M100 by getting dinner from Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers (7036 W Adams Ave, Temple, TX 76502) on Wednesday, November 30th from 5:00pm-9:00pm! Tell your friends to go and have them mention that they are supporting the M100!
12/3 TMEA REGION 8 BAND AUDITIONS - The TMEA All-Region Band auditions will be held this upcoming Saturday at Harker Heights High School. We will take buses from BHS and our call time will be 8:15am. Below is a rough itinerary for the day:
8:00am - Call time at BHS
8:15am - Depart for HHHS 8:45am - Arrive at HHHS
10:00am - Auditions Begin
3:30pm - Approx. Audition End Time (for all auditions)
4:00pm - Approx. Audition End Time
4:30pm - Approx. Arrive at BHS

12/5 BOOSTER CLUB MEETING - We will be holding a booster club meeting next Monday, December 5 in the BHS Commons.
12/6 BHS CLUSTER JAZZ CONCERT - The Belton MS, South Belton MS and Belton HS Jazz Ensembles will be performing their Holiday Jazz concert on Tuesday, December 6 at 6:30pm in the BHS PAC. Each of the ensembles have been working hard to put these programs together and would greatly appreciate your support!
12/9 BHS BANDS WINTER CONCERT - The BHS Symphonic Band, Wind Symphony and Wind Ensemble will be performing their Winter Concert on Friday, December 9 at 6:30pm in the BHS PAC. Each of the ensembles have been working hard to put these programs together and would greatly appreciate your support!

PREVIOUS INFORMATION AND UPDATES
M100 SPRING TRIP TO DALLAS, TX - The M100 has been officially been approved to travel to Dallas, TX for a band trip from May 20-22, 2023. Click HERE to access the information regarding details and instructions to register for the trip. Please register for the trip ASAP! This will allow us to plan logistics easier the earlier we know who all is attending the event. Important things to note:
All students must register for the "4 people - 2 beds" option. This generates the cheapest price for the trip.
The current price of the trip is $715 for the "4 people - 2 beds" option. THIS PRICE WILL BE REDUCED. We will keep you updated on the exact reduction once we receive more information. YOU MAY COMPLETE THE $100 DEPOSIT FOR STUDENTS AND WE WILL CLARIFY FUTURE PAYMENTS AT A LATER DATE.
