We are approaching the final week of summer band! We have made great progress one the first movement on the show and this week we will be gearing up for the Parent Preview this Friday! Here is your weekend update!

NEW INFORMATION AND UPDATES
BAND MANAGERS - Band Managers, please meet Mr. Smith at the band hall tomorrow at 4:45pm before the start of rehearsal to discuss moving equipment. Thank you!
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE CHANGES - I apologize again for making yet another change to the rehearsal schedule, but I have received confirmation that Wednesdays will be the only stadium days available for the M100 to rehearse this year. The following adjustments will be made to the rehearsal schedule:
The after school schedule from August 18-September 1 will remain the same, with Wednesdays being off for these three weeks.
Beginning the week of September 5, Mondays will now be the days off, and rehearsals will take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with the only exception being the week of September 19, which will have a Monday rehearsal due to the TMEA All-Region Jazz auditions occurring on Tuesday, September 20.
Tuesday/Thursday rehearsals will be from 5:00pm-7:30pm.
Wednesday rehearsals will be from 5:00pm-8:00pm.
