Dear M100 Family,
Congratulations to all of the students who performed at Saturday's UIL Solo/Ensemble contest! Regardless of ratings, I have witnessed a lot of hard work in preparation for this contest and I have enjoyed listening to all participants improve as musicians! Now on to March! Here is your weekend update!
NEW INFORMATION AND UPDATES
3/3 ORCHESTRA UIL - This upcoming Friday, March 3, the band hall will be utilized for the Region 8 Orchestra Concert and Sight-Reading Evaluation. We will communicate what the plan will be for Friday once we have more information.
ACCOMPANIST FEES - Students who performed a solo with an accompanist will need to provide a fee of $50 for the rehearsals and performances. Please make checks payable to "Belton Band Boosters" and turn them in to Mr. Kwaku by Friday, March 10.
SOLO/ENSEMBLE RESULTS - Congrats again to all students who performed in Solo/Ensemble this Saturday! The following students will be receiving a medal for obtaining a Division 1 Rating on their solo. Students who certified for the Texas State Solo/Ensemble Contest, to be held in late May, are also indicated below.
