Weekend Update 11-22-20

Dear M100 Family,

Hope everyone is having a wonderful start to their Thanksgiving break!

So much to be thankful for:

Thank you to our band boosters for their help with logistics at games and contests, feeding the band, selling kettle corn at games, and general, constant support. Thank you to our band managers and drum majors for their tireless work moving equipment, loading, and taking care of whatever needs to be done for the band! Thank you pit and battery percussionists for moving your equipment daily as far as you do - often having to take two trips - such dedication! Thank you to Tim McCormick and Teagan Rodriguez for staying late Friday night and sweeping and cleaning the brass locker room without being asked just to help keep our space clean - true M100 spirit! Thank you Colorguard for your hard-work and dedication - your job is tough and most admirable! Thank you woodwinds and brass for your energy, dedication, and spirit! And Thank You my fellow staff members for just being awesome! We make the best team! Please keep your M100 family in mind when making choices this Thanksgiving break! Please remain vigilant with your COVID safety practices so that we can all reconvene on the 30th in person and make that week the best week of rehearsals this band has ever seen culminating in our most successful Area contest ever in 6A!!! You can do it!!!!

And now some new announcements and reminders:
