Weekend Update 11-1-20

Dear M100 Family,

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend!   Excellent week of rehearsals!  Great job Saturday - our most productive rehearsal yet!  Thanks to our awesome Band Boosters for all of your help with trailers and props and providing Halloween treats after the rehearsal! Thank you students for your continued energy and commitment to this activity!  You are doing GREAT things!  Please continue to engage in masking and distancing practices so that we can all stay healthy and continue to work with one another in person!

SENIOR NIGHT ACTIVITIES AT THE 11/6 GAME

Parents/ family will come down from stands about halfway through the second quarter.  Each Senior can have up to 5 family members escort them.  Family members will come down to a large gate opening underneath the stands near the men’s restroom.  There they will be greeted by a booster parent who will check them off the list and then they’ll be directed to the field.  They’ll go behind the band (who is seated in the end zone, near the field house) and toward the visitor side bleachers.  They’ll see more people there who will line them up in alpha order at cones for social distancing.

*Masks must be worn at all times by all people – even on the field – per the Dir. of Athletics.

Family members will walk with their child up until they run through the sign, then they’ll walk around the sign and meet them on the other side.  They’ll stop on the 50 yd. line and take a picture then be directed to move to a specific area to stand with their child on the field while the other seniors are introduced.

Once over, family members will return to the stands and band members back to our set up in the end zone.

Don’t forget to stay for the performance after the game

All family members must buy a ticket for the game.  Tickets stop selling online that night at 9:30pm (if anyone just wants to come for the after the game performance)
