FREE CRIB - A Message from one of our Band Family

From Autumn Brown:

I have a crib and mattress that need a home, and before I donate it elsewhere, I wanted to reach out to our band family. It's in good, used condition, with a cosmetic issue. The decorative front piece is partially missing....happened in a move. Other than that, it's fine. Comes with an organic cotton mattress. It can be picked up in West Temple. Those interested can text me.. my cell is 254-721-0009. Photo HERE: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1HWlWHTEUSTg9kmXuGQMW4OiIsPSEZW6o?usp=sharing

Thanks so much,

Autumn Brown

PARTICIPATION IN MARCHING BAND - AFTER SCHOOL REHEARSALS

  • Always bring your gallon jug of water to rehearsals and hydrate all day!

  • Eat healthy meals throughout the day

  • If a student has to sit out of practice for more than 20 minutes, we will call home and ask for that student to be picked up or ask them to leave practice (if they drive).

  • If a student is not able to participate, for health or other reasons, consistently (reoccurring issue - many days or weeks in a row, for example), a parent conference (live, zoom, or phone call) will be scheduled to discuss whether or not the student is able to continue in the organization and what that participation might look like. Band is a physical activity and students must be in good physical condition and take care of themselves to participate.

WIND ENSEMBLE MEMBERS

Please remember that 1st period will be starting at 8am when we return from Winter Break (January). Please arrange for transportation now and let Mrs. Gill know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you!
