Dear M100 Family,
As many of you are aware, we are currently experiencing one of the hottest summers in Texas on record. I have recently been notified by district administration that in order to adjust to the current conditions, there will be no outside rehearsals between 12:00pm and 7:00pm during summer band. This means that we will need to adjust our schedule, as our evening rehearsals were intended to be spent outside. Below is an updated summer band schedule, as well as each of the performances that will occur before the first day of school on Wednesday, August 17th.
July 27-29, 8:30am-5:00pm Rehearsal
8:30am-11:30am Outside Rehearsal @ Practice Field (Meet in Band Hall on July 27th)
11:30am-1:00pm Lunch
1:00pm-5:00pm Indoor Sectionals

*Due to the BHS Teacher Professional Development Schedule not being finalized, the rehearsal dates and times are subject to change for the weeks of August 1 and August 8. I will notify everyone of the rehearsal changes as soon as I am able.
