Dear M100 Families,
Hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful 3 Day Weekend! Here’s what’s coming up for this week:
Tuesday, Sept. 3 - ALL students please sign up for Tiger Time in the band hall so we can all watch the video of Friday’s halftime performance. We need to study our performance after every game and contest. If you cannot sign up (because you go to New Tech, for example, we will post the video to the band website - please watch as soon as possible). YOU’LL NEED TO SIGN UP BY 10AM ON TUESDAY IN ORDER TO ATTEND BAND HALL TIGER TIME. Tiger Time is under Mr. Kwaku’s name.
5:00 - 8:00pm - M100 Rehearsal at Tiger Stadium. All marching woodwind, brass, and percussion members please wear a white shirt so that we can see the forms better from the stands. Front ensemble will go outside today as well.
Thursday, Sept. 5 - M100 Rehearsal 5-8pm at the parking lot practice field.
Friday, Sept. 6 - Football game #2 - BHS vs. Round Rock at Home-Tiger Stadium. Itinerary to come soon. Check the band website under the “itineraries” tab.
*Eligibility Reminder:
The 3 week progress report is this Friday, Sept. 6.
September 27 - End of 6 Week Progress Reporting Period. Eligibility check for all students! Students passing all classes at the end of the first 6 weeks are eligible until the first 9 weeks. Students failing Sept. 27th must stop participating @ 4:25 P.M. on Oct. 4th.
****ALL STUDENTS MUST BE PASSING ALL CLASSES ON SEPT. 27 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR ALL CONTESTS THIS MARCHING SEASON. PASS EVERYTHING ON THE 27TH AND YOU ARE GOOD FOR ALL CONTESTS!!!!****

10-19: 4th Contest - UIL Region 8 Marching Contest - Midway ISD Stadium. No performance time has been communicated yet.
