NEW INFORMATION AND UPDATES
M100 BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL REHEARSALS AND ATTENDANCE
Thank you to everyone for making our first two 7AM rehearsals a success! We had overall great attendance and we are making the most out of our quicker rehearsal times!
Note: We will be using the Attendance feature on the UDB app to take attendance. Please remember to check in at the beginning of rehearsal to mark your attendance.
UDB Attendance Instructions
1) Navigate to the UDBapp Home Screen and Tap 'Attendance.'
2) Tap the ‘Check-In’ Icon in the top right corner.
3) Choose the event that you would like to Check-In for.
4) Tap ‘Done’
Attendance Policy:
-10 for unexcused tardies
-15 for unexcused tardies up to 30 minutes
-20 for unexcused absences
-100 for ALL rehearsals missed in a week
Excused absences and tardies require parent/guardian communication with the director. Parents and guardians, please email kevin.kwaku@bisd.net BEFORE the scheduled event. I understand that extenuating circumstances will come up, but we need to know about any absences in advance so that we can plan accordingly.
8/23 TENTATIVE M100 PARENT PREVIEW RESCHEDULE DATE
The M100 Parent Preview will OFFICIALLY be held on Friday, August 23rd.
ATTIRE: M100 jersey, M100 shorts, athletic shoes
CALL TIME: 6:30pm at the Stadium
PERFORMANCE: 7:00pm
KONA ICE: 7:30pm (We are still waiting on confirmation for the fire truck.)
24-25 M100 REMIND CODES
With the introduction of ParentSquare to Belton ISD, in addition to the Fine Arts programs moving from Charms to CutTime, we may need to move away from Remind in the near future. Until we are told otherwise, we will continue to use the Remind codes that we have established. If you have not done so already, please follow the instructions below to keep up to date with all current information.
