Please see the approriate list for your child and complete tasks by August 1, 2020

Everything Day Checklist - Woodwind/Brass/Percussion        (Color Guard below) 1.Fill out M100 Supply Info. questionnaire if you need any  of the following (new members will need all of these items) THIS FORM NEEDS TO BE FILLED OUT BY JULY 10TH.  Items can be picked up the week of August 3rd.

2. Turn in FORMS

__Marching band acknowledge form

__Physical form (please read instructions regarding

      whether or not you need to get a physical  for your child this year and/or just fill out the applicable form(s)

__BISD drug testing form

 

3.   Access your Charms account and make sure the profile information is correct.

         Password: student ID

 

__Student data - name, address, school email, cell phone

__Parent data - name, address, email, cell phone 

 

4.  By August 1st - Pay Band Fees ($150 + consumables).  We will set up fees in your Charms accounts and you can pay through Charms via PayPal or by check to Belton HS Band Boosters or cash.  Nothing due until August 1st.  More information regarding payment options and financial aid  to come.  Fees may change so do not pay now!!!!!  We are waiting until we have a better picture of the Fall season before assessing meal deal fee,  technology fee, and uniform cleaning fee.  More info. To come.

 

5.  Interested in Spirit Wear?  Visit our website SHOP to purchase spirit wear (optional).  You can order and pay for these items on our website.

 

6.  Sign up to volunteer - Band Boosters will be sending a link to sign up soon.
